Parador Classic Basic 5.3 vinyl plank flooring is ideal for home use, for example as a home office floor. The floor is highly resistant to wear and tear and is completely waterproof. This German quality product is safe and naturally also completely phthalate-free. The floor has the best emission rating for building materials, M1.

Vinyl yarn uses a new type of SPC backing board, also called stone composite. The big advantage of Parador SPC vinyl flooring over other vinyl flooring is that direct sunlight and heat does not swell the flooring at all. A high-quality step sound absorption layer is integrated into the bottom of the board. There is therefore no need for a separate footfall attenuation mat under this floor.

INSTALLATION AND UNDERFLOOR HEATING

The flooring is also very suitable for installation with underfloor heating, both water and electric. Before installation, the underfloor is covered with Solmer vinyl underlay. The purpose of the underlay is simply to ensure that any roughness of the subfloor does not cause excessive friction between the vinyl plank and the subfloor.
