We deliver your flooring cheaply throughout the country
Our central warehouse is located in Vaasa and we deliver our products throughout the country and also abroad on request. The delivery time for products in stock is usually 1 working day, however, for smaller towns it may take 2 working days and for Lapland 3-4 working days. Orders placed and paid before 11:30 on a working day will be dispatched the same day.
We can also deliver your order to more specialised destinations such as island destinations with ferry connections, but we ask that you contact our customer service team first to confirm this and the cost of the freight.
We deliver your order to your doorstep, delivered cheaply and quickly. You will receive a call well in advance so that you can be on site to receive the load.
Fast, affordable delivery and flexible additional services
Our online shop will calculate the freight for you directly in your shopping cart. The maximum freight charge is 65€ for a single delivery. If your order is small in weight, our online shop will take this into account and calculate a smaller freight charge in your shopping cart.
Your order will be delivered to the yard and the driver will lift the pallet from the car down to the ground. Depending on the yard and the weather, the driver will push the pallet as close to the door as possible, or into the carport, for example. Delivery takes place during the day on weekdays. The driver will call you well in advance to let you know the time of arrival.
We also offer you the following additional services:
Delivery after 4pm: Normally delivery is during the day. With this additional service, however, you can choose to have your order delivered after 4pm on a weekday. The extra charge for this service is +29€. Please contact our customer service if you would like a special delivery.
Saturday delivery: flooring can also be delivered on Saturday, in most locations. Please contact our customer service and we will check if Saturday delivery is possible and give you a price quote.
Inward delivery service: we can also offer inward delivery to your home. We can also provide a delivery service to the apartment. We can arrange a time for the delivery to the apartment, which will be agreed with you by phone and the delivery will be brought to the apartment at the agreed time. Our customer service team will be happy to give you a quote for a collection service.
Is the product out of stock according to our website?
Don’t worry, we are constantly replenishing our stock from Germany. If you would like to know the exact arrival time for a particular product, please contact our customer service and we will clarify when the product you require can be delivered. Please also mention the square footage you require at the same time so that we can give you the most accurate delivery time possible.
Certain of our products are marked as a delivery product in the online shop. This means that we do not keep the product in stock, but only order it from the factory when we receive your order. Please contact us if you would like to know the exact delivery schedule for this product.
