Unique carved oak surface
The oak surface of the Trinity plank flooring is carved to a perfect patina and beautifully vibrant finish using a unique process before oil-removing. As a result of our long development work, the carved surface of Trinity floors is very beautiful and comfortable to the foot. The surface shows the carving just right, without being too rustic. After carving, we brush each parquet board before oil-finishing. Brushing brings out the oak grain pattern after carving and the result is a perfectly beautiful, hard-wearing surface that is a pleasure to walk on, especially barefoot. Trinity carved flooring is also well suited to heavier wear and tear, such as in public spaces. We recommend that you do not sand your carved Trinity floor over the years, as the floor will patinate further with use and the appearance will only improve. Over the years, the surface will be renewed with a maintenance oil. The floor can of course be sanded; then the surface will be smooth.
The best plank parquet comes from Vaasa
For more than ten years we have been developing Trinity plank flooring and plank flooring in Vaasa. That’s why Trinity is a safe, durable and secure choice for your floor. We manufacture the frame of the flooring in Germany from European white oak. In Vaasa, we hand-select each board, colour and wood species for your floor. We oil-saw the surface of your floor to finish, so that the plank floor is ready for use immediately after installation without any additional oil treatments.
Robust construction and uniquely wide plank parquet
Thanks to the solid frame of the Trinity plank flooring, the floor can be made of exceptionally wide oak. The softwood core of the parquet flooring makes it lightweight and safe. The width of the planks is as much as 23.3 cm and the length 238 cm. The parquet can be installed floating without being fixed to the subfloor or, if you prefer, glued to the subfloor.
Durable and natural oil finish
Before your floor is delivered, we will oil-finish the parquet in the colour of your choice. We use vegetable-based waxes and oils. We oil wax the floor completely before delivery, so you don’t need to treat the floor with a ‘maintenance oil’ when installing the parquet. The oil wax surface is highly resistant to wear and tear and can be easily renewed with a maintenance oil if necessary. You can also do the oil treatment yourself as it is easy to do. The floor can be cleaned using Pallmann Clean detergent and maintenance products. Individual scratches and larger dents can be faded with floor care products that you can order from us.
The natural beauty of wood
We use European white oak in the manufacture of Trinity. For oak, we use Lively, a wood species with moderate variation in the shade and darkness of oak, as well as individual branch patterns and oak heartwood. The branch patterns are either intact or corrected with dark putty, the shade of the oil wax will influence the final shade of the branch. There is very little light oak sapwood. The overall appearance of the parquet is lively but not rustic. Many boards have no knots at all.
The lock point makes installation easy
A beautiful and durable floor cannot be good unless it is also easy to install. In the development of the Trinity plank floor, we pay particular attention to the safe and reliable functioning of the lock floor. That’s why our lockplank is exceptionally wide and the strongest on the market. Our plank parquet is a pleasure to install, as the board snaps into place and the dimensional accuracy of the parquet board is excellent. Trinity plank flooring can be easily installed floating, without gluing it to the substrate. Floating installation is particularly suitable for home use. Gluing to the substrate is also fully possible. We can supply you with the necessary adhesives and primer, as well as installation instructions for gluing to the substrate. Substrate bonding is particularly used in public areas and in acoustically demanding rooms.
